Partial Refunds We understand that issues can arise. In the following situations, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the item's value at our discretion:
- The item arrived significantly damaged or defective

- The package was lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Store Credit In some cases, instead of a partial refund, we may offer store credit valid for 6 months, which can be used on any future purchase.
Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for any refund:

- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Processing Time Once your refund request is approved, partial refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
